I am displeased because they would not let me come back through when it rained the same night I got my car washed. Not a huge deal, but their competition has stated guarantees listed regarding rain. Good customer service for a $22 wash is to let you go through again.
Used to think this place was good but then yesterday they did a terrible job on the interior. They were busy so I think they decided to skip the vacuuming. Didn't really notice it until I looked in the back seat. Floors and mats hadn't been touched. If I ever go back I'll watch the whole process to make sure they actually vacuum.
Same carwash but too expensive after new management jacked up prices.
I left work early to go and get my car washed. Their sign stated that they closed at 5:30pm. I arrived at 4:57pm and was told they were closed and they wouldn't give me an explanation as to why they closed over 30 minutes early. Do not waste your time going somewhere that has workers on site that closes over 30 minutes before their set closing time. I will definitely not be going back now.
