Worst experience. Will never go back. Wanted brown hair with blonde highlights got red hair. Emailed corporate. Received an email back and I tried to respond and the email doesn't work. Called the number and left a message and they haven't responded. Olga did my hair. She complained the entire time because I had used a box color months before. I showed her three pictures of what I wanted and two out of the three she said I was too old for. So I guess she thought I needed red hair. I hate it. NEVER GO TO THIS SALON.
Stopped in here before Thanksgiving for a haircut. The stylist, Danielle, did a phenomenal job and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this location and this stylist. Plan to visit again in the near future for another haircut.
The staff was very nice and funny. I enjoyed my visit here. I got highlights done here and they turned out very great. They used a toner and did just a great job. This place is very inexpensive and I really recommend this place if you don't want to spend so much money on highlights.
I was very specific in my request, even specifying amount in inches to remove. She cut about 1" from the top (which, btw, she did not cut evenly) and used a trimmer to cut very close on the sides and back. When I said she took too much off, she became defensive and said it wouldn't have looked right. I gave her a tip (I always tip) and she actually asked me to tip her in cash next time. I've had worse haircuts but that she clearly did not listen to me was frustrating.
